Description

This early 19th century lodge stands before Bingfield House. It is constructed of snecked rubble with a Welsh slate roof. The lodge is a single storey, with three bays. A central two-leaf door has four panels, and is flanked by windows with 12-pane sashes. The gabled roof has flat coping and two brick end stacks. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value, considered important within the context of Bingfield House.
