7/71 Bothal Mill House and adjacent outbuilding GV II

House and outbuilding, early C19. Tooled stone with tooled-and-margined quoins and dressings; Welsh slate roof except for pantiles on outbuilding. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Raised quoins, sill bands. Central 6-panel door with patterned overlight, in moulded surround under cornice on moulded corbels. 16-pane sash windows in raised alternating-block surrounds. Moulded corbels to eaves. Coped gables with moulded kneelers; stepped-and-corniced end stacks. Single- storey outbuilding to right has small casement window with timber lintel.

Interior: open-string stair with stick balusters.
