Description

No. 3 Cross View is a house that likely dates from the early 19th century, although it has an earlier core. The exterior features scored stucco, a Welsh slate roof, and brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has two windows.

On the ground floor, there is a half-glazed door to the right set in a raised surround. To the left, there are two sash windows, and on the first floor, there are two more sash windows, all of which are framed in raised stone surrounds. The roof is steeply pitched, with a banded stack at the left end and flat coping.
