Outbuilding, c.1870. Snecked tooled stone with tooled-and-margined dressings; Welsh slate roof. South elevation 1 storey, 5 narrow bays; 3 boarded doors with 12-pane Yorkshire sash on left and similar window,which has lost its carpentry, on right. Coped gables; left end stepped-and-corniced stack.

Rear elevation shows 3 boarded doors with 12-pane Yorkshire sash to right.
