Description
The garden walls to the south of East Farmhouse date from the mid-18th century and were remodeled in the mid-19th century. They are constructed from squared tooled stone with cut dressings. The walls are low and feature rusticated quoins at the right corner, along with a gateway that has segment-headed monolith piers. The coping is arched, tooled, and margined, ramping up at the ends and to the piers. The walls return to link with the southern angles of the house. These walls are included for their group value.
