Description
The shelter sheds, tack room, and stables located approximately 40 yards north of West Bitchfield date from the early 19th century. They are constructed from random rubble and feature a stone slate roof, forming an L-plan layout and standing as a single storey.
The longer range of cartsheds on the left has six square stone piers and two openings that are now blocked up. On the right, there is a shorter projecting range that includes a stable-type door, while to the left, there is a large window with small leaded panes and a half-shuttered window to the right. The building is topped with a gabled roof.
