Description
This boundary stone, likely from the 18th century, is made of sandstone and stands 0.85 metres high. It is set into a later drystone field wall, with only the east face visible, which features an incised letter "S". The stone marks the boundary between the parishes of Healey and Shotley Low Quarter and is located 10 metres north of the road and 700 metres east of the farmhouse.
