Description
The hearse house, located to the north-west of the Church of St. Andrew, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble with cut quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof. This rectangular building is situated in a corner of the churchyard. The south elevation features a blocked cart entrance to the left of the center, which has a timber lintel. The gabled ends are plain, and at the rear, there are inserted central boarded double doors with a timber lintel. This structure is included for its group value.
