Description
The stable range to the east of Dean House Farmhouse is an 18th-century structure with early 19th-century alterations. It is built from squared tooled stone, featuring tooled-and-margined dressings around the window openings, and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is L-shaped and consists of one storey with four irregular bays. There are two stable doors with two-pane overlights, a boarded door, and boarded double doors under a timber lintel on the far left. Additionally, there are two part-slatted windows and a small casement, with the windows set in alternating-block surrounds. The right side of the building includes a stable door, a boarded door in a chamfered surround, and boarded double doors beneath a segmental arch. This stable range is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
