Description

Garden walls and an arbour located approximately 40 yards south-west of Tillmouth Park Hotel date from around 1810. They are constructed of ashlar and feature convex quadrant castellated walls, with merlons that have moulded edges. The walls lead to an arbour designed as a carriage arch with an apsidal back. The arbour includes moulded imposts, an archivolt, and a keystone, along with a cornice and a castellated parapet.
