Description
This is a 19th-century bridge located approximately 200 yards west of Botany in Chillingham. The bridge is constructed of dressed stone and features an ashlar tunnel vault. It has a small round-arched structure with a plain parapet. The invert is lined with dressed stone and forms a steep chute, with the sides also made of dressed stone that splay out below the bridge.
