Description

These are garden walls attached to the south of Number 12, dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed using stone that is much older, likely sourced from Norham Castle. The walls are made of sandstone and include large squared-stone blocks. They stand approximately 5 feet high and enclose three sides of the garden, with a gateway located in the middle of the south side.
