Description

Barndale Cottage is a two-storey building dating from before 1827, located on the south side of Howling Lane. It features three windows and is constructed of ashlar stone with a slate roof, which has ashlar gable end chimneys. The cottage has glazing bar sash windows, with the central window on the first floor being blind above a projecting gabled porch. The entrance includes a flush panel door, and there are gabled extensions at the rear.
