Description
This is a large house, originally a single property, now divided into two dwellings at numbers 25 and 27 Palace Street. The house dates to the 1782, as evidenced by a datestone inscribed "H.B.1782" above the entrance to number 25. It is constructed of ashlar stone, with back fillets and decorative scroll footstones. The original wooden doorpieces have been removed. The front facade features five window openings, one of which is now blank.
