Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the west side of Palace Street. It is three storeys high with a basement. The facade features rusticated quoins and a moulded cornice with scrolls. The top storey was stuccoed in the 19th century and the windows replaced with sash windows. A wooden doorpiece, featuring a pediment supported by consoles over fluted pilasters, is located above the front door.
