Description
This cartshed and workshop, located 20 metres north-west of Ulgham Grange farmhouse, dates from the 17th century or early 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of large irregular rubble, featuring some tooled-and-margined dressings, and has a pantile roof. The north elevation includes two boarded doors set within alternating tooled-and-margined block surrounds, topped with coped gables. The east end features double doors within a segmental-headed arch, also with tooled-and-margined dressings, and the lower parts of the eastern angles are chamfered.
