Description
The manse adjacent to the Congregational Church was built in 1877. It features a squared stone front, while the other walls are made of rubble, with tooled-and-margined dressings and raised quoins. The roof is slate. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a slightly asymmetric design. There are six steps leading up to a six-panel door with an overlight, which is situated under a cornice supported by consoles. This door is flanked by paired sash windows. Above, there are single sash windows, all set in raised stone surrounds. The building also has stepped and corniced stone end stacks.
