No. 35 Priestgate is an early to mid-18th century, three-storey building. Originally designed with two windows, it was altered in the early 19th century to feature one window on each floor. The building has a high-pitched, swept pantiled roof. The front displays original gauged brick arches made from local pinkish brick. It features sash windows with glazing bars set in flush wood architraves, along with another gauged brick arch on the first floor. The ground floor has a modern bow shop front with a leaded roof and glazing bars, as well as a modern door flanked by pilasters and topped with a bracketed hood.
