Description

The Queen's Head Hotel is an 18th-century, three-storey building that is two bays wide. It features a high-pitched swept roof, which is now covered with slate, and has old brick end chimneys that have been rebuilt at the tops. The building is constructed of pinkish brick and has cill bands on both floors. It retains its original sash windows with glazing bars, which are located in two-storey canted oriels above a modern public house front made of wood, with channelled ashlar below the cills.
