Description

Holbeck Farmhouse is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from dressed sandstone and features a moderately-pitched 20th-century Welsh slate roof with a corniced stack on the right gable. The front of the house is two stories high and has three bays, with a central doorway that has monolithic jambs and a lintel, a four-panel door, and a two-pane overlight above. The four-pane sash windows on the ground floor have flat surrounds and raised sills. There are three early 19th-century windows above, although the intermediate glazing bars have been removed. The roof has plain, close eaves and a slightly-raised parapet on the right side.
