Description
Estate House, originally a house and now used as offices, dates from the 17th century with shops added around 1800. It is constructed of dark red brick in a Flemish garden wall bond pattern, featuring rendered ashlar dressings, and has a Welsh slate roof with stone gable coping. The building stands three storeys high with attics and consists of two bays, displaying two gables on the front.
On the left side, there are two shop windows, each with four rows of six panes and a central door, while a shop on the right has a left-hand door. The central door to the house and the left shop door both have six raised panels. The upper floors feature tripartite sash windows with two-brick sill bands and flat brick arches, and the attic windows are similar in style with single sashes. Inside, there is an enclosed dog-leg stair with winders.
