Description

13 Victoria Place is a 19th-century building constructed of stucco with a slate roof and red brick chimneys. The entrance is located on the north side and features two pedimental gables. To the left of the entrance, there is a doorway beneath a gabled hood and a small window. To the right, the first floor has a 2-light casement window, while the ground floor has a 3-light casement window. The side facing Victoria Place includes two small-pane sash windows with marginal glazing bars on each floor. At the rear, there are two first floor sash windows situated above a splayed bay on the ground floor.
