Description

This is a two-storey building from the 19th century, located at 14 Victoria Place. The front is rendered with stucco, and the roof is covered in slate. Red brick chimneys are visible.

The front, facing Victoria Place, has two windows. The upper floor windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. On the ground floor, there is a 16-pane sash window to the left, and a reeded doorcase with a cornice above a panelled door with a semi-circular overlight. To the left, facing Victoria Road, there is a single 12-pane sash window on the upper floor. A round-headed doorway has a traceried overlight and a panelled door.

The rear of the building has two 12-pane sash windows on the first floor and a 16-pane sash window on the ground floor to the right. A single-storey extension projects from the angle with number 13.

Original 19th-century iron railings are present in the forecourt and at the entrance area to the east.
