Description
27 Caerphilly Road is a house featuring white-painted render and a thatched roof, with a white-painted rendered brick chimney on the west end. The thatch has a scalloped ridge. The building is a single long narrow range, with the entrance located to the south, away from the road. The north front wall has a 20th-century triple casement window on the right, while the east end also has a similar window. The west end includes a small gabled 20th-century addition with a slate roof. The south entrance front has two 20th-century triple casement windows and a central half-glazed 20th-century door, with the eaves raised over the left window. The interior has not been inspected, but in 1988 it was noted to have boxed-in roof trusses.
