Description
The stable block located to the far southwest of Penhow Castle is a single-storey structure built in the mid-19th century. It features four bays and is constructed from random rubble with a gabled roof covered in Roman tiles. The openings are adorned with redbrick dressings. On the south elevation, there are two round-headed doorways with boarded doors and four high-set windows. Additionally, there is a boarded doorway on the eastern gable facing the roadside, while the north elevation is blank.
