Description

The barn at Old Kemeys is a small 17th-century structure with three bays, featuring coursed rubble elevations and a gabled roof covered in Roman tiles. It is built into the bank at the eastern gable end. The northern and southern elevations each have a full-height central doorway, although the doorway on the southern side is partially blocked. There are single ventilation slots on either side of these doorways. The eastern and western gables include paired ventilation slots. The barn retains its original pegged "A" frame trussed roof structure.
