Description
Home Farmhouse at Wyelands is a two-storey, three-bay house, likely dating from the 18th century. The building is rendered, probably over local rubble stone, and features a Welsh slate roof. It has a small central entry with a double depth layout. The central plank door is flanked by 2-light small paned casements, all under a hipped verandah supported by four timber posts, which also has a slate roof. The upper floor contains three windows similar to those below, with an additional window in the gable end and one more in a single-storey hipped roof service wing to the right. The main roof has end brick stacks. The rear elevation was not visible during the survey. Although the interior was not inspected, it is expected to be very plain.
