Description
This is a single-storey red brick building known as Building No 316, also referred to as the Hot, Cold & Ambient Building. It features a gabled roof and has a lower flat-roofed annexe to the north. Most of the openings in the building are now bricked in.
The south elevation is the gable end and has nine blocked openings at ground level, along with three blocked openings in the gable. The west elevation includes a large doorway on the right that has been reduced in size and now features double wooden doors. On the left, there is a single door below a blocked light, with six blocked openings between the two doors. The west elevation is similar to the south elevation. The north elevation, which is also gabled, has three blocked upper lights like the south and includes the annexe.
Access to the interior is not possible, but it appears to contain at least five rooms.
