Description

Bank House is a three-storey building with a roughcast front, likely over rubble stone, and features a narrow stucco band at the first floor level. It has a natural slate roof and a double depth plan with the entrance located on the right side. The front displays a modern style late 20th century restaurant façade, which includes piers between two plate glass windows and the entrance. The first floor has flush framed sash windows with six panes over six, while the second floor has similar windows with three panes over six. The building has deep eaves and a low pitch roof, with brick stacks on either gable; the right-hand stack may serve No. 58. The rear elevation has not been inspected, and the interior was not available during the resurvey.
