Description

The telephone call box next to No. 72 Maryport Street is a Grade II listed structure. It features a domed roof with four lunettes that contain crowns of Queen Elizabeth II, set above red lettered opals and ventilation slits. The door and sides have raised surrounds, and the horizontal panels include marginal glazing bars. The rear of the box is blank, and it stands on a moulded plinth.
