Description
The gatepiers, piers, and walls at the main entrance to Tal-y-coed Court are constructed from coursed rubble stone. The circular gatepiers stand approximately 3 meters high and feature moulded stone caps with ball finials, along with ornamental wrought iron double gates. The side walls are attached and curve forward to shorter circular piers, which are about 2 meters high and also have moulded caps. The coping of the walls is designed to sweep down.
