Description

35 Moor Street is a small house that has been converted into a shop over both storeys. The walls are rendered with roughcast, and it features a steep-pitched pantile roof with slightly swept eaves. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range of 4-pane sash windows with exposed frames. On the ground floor, there are two splayed bay windows with multipane glazing, along with a central recessed doorway.

The shop extends onto a balcony at the first floor. Inside, there is one chamfered cross beam, a small fireplace with a chamfered beam, and an exposed wattle panel at the first floor level.
