Description

This is a Regency terrace house, built in the early 19th century, and is joined to buildings on both sides. It incorporates a shop with living space above. The house is constructed with walls of scored render, topped by a slate roof with a brick ridge stack. It has three storeys and a regular arrangement of sash windows. The upper floor has windows with nine panes, while those on the first floor have twelve panes, and all the window frames are exposed. The shop front appears to be from the 19th century, but has been altered, with a new fascia, moulded surrounds, a panelled door, and a rectangular overlight above the door. A rear cross wing has 20th-century glazing.
