Description

The Inn Between Public House is an attached inn that features a rendered and painted exterior with contrasting raised quoins around the windows, doors, and sides. It has painted sills, lintels, and a plinth, along with scored voussoirs on the ground floor. The building has a steep-pitched slate roof with overhanging sprocketed eaves and brick stacks at both ends and the ridge. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has a four-window range of 6-pane casements on the first floor. The ground floor includes low and wide casement windows on either side of the doorway, and a small 6-pane horned sash window at the left end. The corner of the building is corbelled out towards the rear.

Inside, the inn features four chamfered and stopped cross beams and some stopped joists in the bar to the right. A thick wall separates the two bars. The left bar has one spine beam that is truncated on the left side, and the end fireplace has been blocked. There are steps leading up to the rear wing, which is now incorporated into the public house.
