Description
The lower terrace revetment and gates in the garden to the south of Maes Manor are notable features. The central steps are flanked by walls and lead to a gate at the lower end, which is marked by square freestone piers topped with ball finials. The double wooden gates consist of wooden panels and iron bars, and they are designed to sweep up to the outer sides. The rubble-stone revetment is shaped into a convex semi-circle.
