Description
This is a 10-arch, single track railway viaduct constructed from snecked rock-faced rubble, featuring some tooling, particularly on the interiors of the arches. The viaduct has round-headed arches with voussoirs and a double bandcourse at the parapet level. An impost course runs along the inner face of the arches, and there is flat rock-faced coping on the parapet. The ends of the viaduct have sloping buttresses that are ramped and splayed outwards. Additional buttresses have been added to the east side, along with iron braces. There are also cast iron downpipes located between each arch on the west side.
