Description
The building is a circular ventilation shaft for the Morlais Tunnel railway. It is constructed of red brick with sloping sides and features raised square brick labels beneath a brick top band. This top band is topped with sandstone coping that supports a shallow-domed iron protective grille. The bricks are arranged in alternating courses of headers and stretchers.
