Description

Pair of semi-detached houses (Rhiwbina Type 12). Two storeys. Brown brick with contrasting arches over ground floor windows. Hipped slate roofs, central brick chimney. Advanced central bay with hipped roof; two 16-pane sash windows to each floor. In outer bays, small square window at eaves; doorway under flat hood (later porch to No. 37). Side elevations have small square window at eaves, round-arched porch.
