Description
Nos. 1 and 3 Lon-y-dail are a pair of semi-detached houses built with roughcast rendering and feature a shallow pitched hipped roof covered with small slates. The houses have overhanging boarded eaves, a brick centre ridge, and lateral stacks. They are designed in a symmetrical H-shaped plan, consisting of a central two-bay range with cross bays at each end, and stand two storeys tall. The original windows are small-pane sashes with very shallow sills and a platband below at first floor level, with four windows on each storey at the front. The entrances are round-arched and have small-pane glazed doors on the sides. It is noted that No. 3 has replaced its original windows.
