Description
Nos. 13 and 15 Lon-y-dail are a pair of semi-detached houses built with roughcast render and featuring a hipped slate roof. The eaves overhang, supported by kneelers, and there are brick stacks at the centre ridge and sides. The houses have a symmetrical layout, with each unit being double fronted. They consist of a central projecting gabled bay, flanked by windows on either side. The windows are small pane sashes, with 16 panes on the sides and 12 panes in the middle, positioned above brick round-arched entrance doorways that have imposts, and a tripartite window at the centre. There is a brick plinth, and the roofs extend lower at the sides. Both No. 13 and No. 15 have filled-in porch recesses.
