Description

Eli Jenkins is a three-storey building with a basement. It features a cornice and a band course at the first floor level. The front is stucco with rustication on the ground floor and mainly has small pane sash windows without horns. The windows on the second floor have architraves, while those on the first floor also have architraves and a bracketed cornice above. To the right, there is a tall window with deeply moulded stucco voussoirs and quoins. The basement area is enclosed by cast iron railings.
