Description

8 Bute Crescent is a three-storey building with a basement. It features a cornice and a band course at the first floor level. The front is finished in stucco, with a rusticated ground floor. The windows are mainly small pane sash windows without horns. The second floor windows have architraves, while the first floor windows also have architraves and bracketed cornices. The entrance door is panelled and includes a rectangular fanlight with a bracketed cornice above it. To the right of the entrance, there is a tall window with deeply moulded stucco voussoirs and quoins. The basement area is enclosed by cast iron railings.
