Description
20 Mount Stuart Square is a former house that faces north and consists of three storeys with one window bay. The building features a slate roof and a brick chimney, with a stucco exterior. The ground floor is rusticated, while the upper floors have some scribing that imitates ashlar. There is a shallow plinth, a cornice, and a parapet, with additional cornices at both the first and second floor levels. The second floor has a broad tripartite window with horned sashes. The first floor features a Venetian-type window with a tripartite opening, which is articulated by Doric pilasters and has a shell motif in a small tympanum above. The ground floor remains largely unaltered and includes a segmental-headed doorway with stucco voussoirs, along with a broad window to its left.
