Description
Nos 4 and 6 Cory Crescent are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Arts and Crafts style. The houses feature rendered and painted walls, a rock-faced stone plinth, and applied timbering. They have hipped tiled roofs with swept and sprocketed eaves, along with rendered stacks. Each house has a hipped-roofed projecting wing at either end.
The windows consist of small-pane wooden casements. The central recessed section has applied timbering on the first floor, which includes a range of four windows—one two-light and one single-light for each house. The ground floor features a three-light window next to a porch recess that has wooden struts, a wide boarded door, and a narrow side light. Each side projecting wing has a wider four-light casement on the first floor and a three-light window on the ground floor, both situated under a decorative semicircular arch. Additionally, there is a bracketed canted bay on the side, and the roof slopes down low to the rear.
