Description
Nos 16 and 18 Cory Crescent are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Arts and Crafts style. They feature pebbledashed and painted walls, and have a part hipped tiled roof with tall brick chimney stacks. The elevation is asymmetrical. The windows are small-pane casements. The right unit has a wide gable end facade adorned with swags above a two-window range of two lights, which has narrow moulded hoods. This is similar to the ground floor, which has a single light under a low roof on the right. There is also a single window range at the entrance on the centre left, with a door positioned in the angle. The ground floor includes a bracketed bay with a tiled roof on the side. The left unit features a central two-storey canted bay with applied timbering on the gable, and a further canted ground floor bay on brackets with a pitched tiled roof adjacent to the right. There is a porch on the left with applied timbering and a half-glazed door.
