Description

Farthings Old Wine House is a three-storey house dating from the 20th century, featuring a three-bay front elevation made of stone rubble, which was exposed in the later 20th century. The house has a slate roof with stone stacks on either side. The ground floor has a central neo-Georgian doorway, flanked by wide later 20th-century bow windows with small panes. The second floor includes square 16-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 12-pane sash windows. To the left, there is a single-storey bay that abuts the front wall of number 52 at its rear. This bay has a slate roof, stone rubble front and side walls, and a round-headed doorway.
