The East Garden House of Pwll-y-wrach is a single-storey, square building dating from the 18th century. It features smooth rendered walls with a stone window surround and a Welsh slate roof. The south wall is notable for its keyed Palladian window, which has three-pane sidelights flanking a four-over-four pane sash window. The building has a pyramid roof topped with a stone finial. The interior was not available for resurvey, but it consists of only one room. The doorway and rear elevation were not seen.
