Description

The Evans chest tomb is made of sandstone and is located in the graveyard of Paran Chapel. It features a chest with inset baluster corners and a slightly hipped ledger that has ogee rolled edges, all resting on a stone base. The sides of the tomb are inscribed in memory of Mary, the wife of Henry Evans of Black Mill, who died in 1868.
