Description

This is a canal bridge over the Neath Canal near Crugau, built from rubble stone. It features a single segmental arch made with tooled cut stone voussoirs. The bridge has a humped shape and is topped with a 20th-century cobble stone deck. The parapets are made of rubble stone and have rounded cement copings. The abutments curve out slightly on each side, and there is some cement rendering on the parapets.
