Description
Old Siloh Chapel is a 19th-century building featuring a cement rendered classical facade with four window bays beneath a pediment. The structure is made of brick and rubble, topped with a slate roof, and previously had slate-hung sides. The pediment displays a "Siloh" tablet with an inscribed open book, and the building has banded quoins. The round-headed openings are adorned with architraves, with a tall central pair that includes keyblocks connected to the main cornice. The outer bays have doorways with pedimented doorcases and six-panel doors, along with Gothic area railings. To the right, there is a gable end of the hall and octagonal chimney stacks. At the time of inspection in Autumn 1985, the chapel was boarded up.
